Ingredients:
- 4 Tomatillos
- ½ Green Pepper
- 2 Jalapeno Peppers
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Small Onion
- 2 Tb Fresh Lime Juice
- Cilantro
- Salt
- Remove husk from tomatillos, rinse and cut in half. Place halved tomatillos, peppers and garlic on a cook sheet and broil for about 5-7 minutes until slightly charred.
- Remove from cookie sheet and place all ingredients into a food processor and puree through.
- Add salt to taste.
- Place in refrigerator to cool.
- Once cool, enjoy with tortilla chips or your favorite taco recipe.
