Mango, Ginger, Avocado Salsa

1 Mango
1 Avocado (firmer then used for guacamole, but not too firm)
1 Shallot
Fresh Ginger ( I LOVE Ginger so I might use more than the average person.  Grate as much or as little as your taste desires in my opinion)
½ Red Pepper
1 Tsp Agave Nectar
Salt to taste

Chop mango, avocado, shallot and red pepper.  Grate in desired amount of ginger and add agave nectar and salt.  Mix together and enjoy with corn tortilla chips, yum!
